Poppi's Christmas Cocoa

Good morning!  I liked the current Bugaboo sketch, so I combined it with some other challenges to make this card...it's fun to see how many challenges you can work into 1 card!  I also thought it was time to do a traditional red/green Christmas card!

The image is colored with pencils and Poppi's Santa hat is accented with glitter.  I embellished the card with some holly diecuts and pewter brads.  After I was done, I started to rethink the brads...maybe I should have used black....  What do you think?

Image: Bugaboo "Poppi Xmas Cocoa" Digital Stamp
Ink: Printer, Sakura Black Gel Pen
Paper: PTI Stamper's Select and Pure Poppy, SU! Basic Black, Doodlebug DP
Embellies: Spare Parts Brads, Martha Stewart Glitter in "Candy Apple" and "Sugar Cube"
Extras: Prismas/Crayolas/Goo Gone, C.C. Designs "Holly&Berry" Cutter Dies, The Paper Studio Sticky Doos

I am entering my card in the following challenges:

Anything Goes Challenge: Traditional Christmas Colors
Can You Digi It?: Baby It's Cold Outside +Inspiration Board
Cute Card Thursday: Red and Green

I think it's perfectly adorable the way it is! Black brads would look good too - you have all the right elements to make it look good :) I think the pewter adds to the sparkle. I love that little penguin!
